Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee-earners with various administrative tasks, including monthly billing and file management.
  • Provide support to the wider secretarial team during peak times and cover for absences when needed.
  • Ensure efficient handling of client-focused secretarial duties.
  • Preparing legal forms and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary in dispute resolution within a busy legal environment.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of your role’s impact on business success.
  • Proficiency in legal billing with strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including fast and accurate typing.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive and responsible team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Professional and confident demeanour.
