Vice President, London

Competitive Base Salary (Six Figure + Bonus and carry)

Boutique Private Equity firm who are involved within investing across the European property space (industrials) are looking to recruit a Vice President to join them.

We are keen to engage and speak with Senior Associates and VP levels who are looking to make a move and meet the following criteria:

  • Private Equity Real Estate experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Educated to a high level.
  • Fluent German (Native/C1/C2).
  • Circa 10 years experience in real estate.

The business would like to appoint someone who will take a lead on their current German portfolio and future growth and investment there.

You will sit in their London team with scope to perhaps one day relocate to Germany in the future.

We would like to find someone who will take an active role and approach in the German market and will be able to source deals. Looking at Core+, Value Add and development opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven and self-motivated and ready to carve an investment strategy across the German market.

In return for your experience and dedication you will receive a highly competitive base salary, plus generous bonus, along with the bonus of carry in deals that you are involved on.

Desired Skills and Experience

Germany industrial experience. Fluent German language.
