As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Graduate Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts.


About the Role

We’re looking for a Graduate Recruiter who’s excited to learn and grow while taking on essential responsibilities to support our recruitment efforts and company growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, hiring, and talent strategy. You’ll be a key contributor from day one, helping attract top talent and refine our hiring processes.

  • Source, identify, and hire top talent across various roles, playing a crucial role in building our team from the ground up.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hiring processes and support the company’s growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to understand hiring needs, timelines, and cultural fit.
  • Jump into new challenges as priorities shift—every day will be different.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with a strong academic record.
  • 0-1 year of work experience, preferably in recruiting or sales, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
