This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established and highly regarded independent insurance brokers as an Administrator in their Hadleigh office.
You will be working alongside two Insurance Brokers and assisting them with day to day tasks including:-
- Liaising with clients to assist with administration and renewals
- Handling mid-term adjustments
- Chasing and dealing with insurers
- Assisting clients through the claims process
- Preparing quotations for clients
- Answering the telephone
- Helping with managing the Durell database
- General day to day office duties

what we’re looking for:
We need someone with general insurance knowledge, professional and polite manner is a must along with excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook. You will need to be able to demonstrate your organisation and task management skills along with being able to show that you are willing to go the extra mile for your customers and team.
