What You'll Do -


• Operational Processes: Assisting with inventory and stock, audits & banking processes

• Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts

• Premium Customer Service: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience

• Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives.


What You'll Bring -


• Experience: Proven track record in retail management from an outdoor/apparel/footwear background

• Passion: A love for the outdoors and an in-depth knowledge of outdoor products.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
