After triple-digit revenue growth for the last seven years in a row, TONG Global is on the hunt for outstanding freelancers to work with our Activation Team as a Freelance Graphic Designer. 


This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving company; you will join a tight-knit and rapidly-expanding team with real and growing responsibility from day one. This role will be directly reporting to our Graphic Designer.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Template Design: Design visual templates for various platforms according to different brand types and each brand's Visual Identity system requirements (e.g., image templates for Little Red Book 小红书, long image templates for WeChat 微信, etc.).
  • Graphic and Text Layout Design: Create graphic and text layouts based on specific topics and copy, primarily for Little Red Book and WeChat long-form content.



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proficient in using design and layout tools such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and InDesign (ID), with preference given to those with relevant design experience.
  • Able to work in multiple styles, with a strong focus on design details and quality, excellent time management, and the ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Candidates with skills in basic video editing (such as adding subtitles) using software like CapCut 剪映 are preferred.
  • A graphic design portfolio and CV are required when applying for this role.
  • Mandarin Fluency: This role requires native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written), as you will be creating content tailored to Mandarin-speaking audiences.



WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION:


  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 1-3 days per week
  • Our office is located near Vauxhall and Kennington tube stations.
