Please only apply for this role if you are an experienced clinical trainer, with prior training experience. We are looking for trainers who are happy and confident to deliver Face to Face Classroom sessions and/or Live Online Sessions.

Our head office in St Albans has a core team, and we are now growing our network of permanent freelance and associate trainers throughout the UK.


We are open to Associate Trainers with experience in delivering clinical courses and/or delivering basic training such as "care certificate" within a clinical environment.


Working as a Trainer at UTS you will be required to:


· Deliver high quality training subjects within Health and Social Care with the minimum requirement being the competency to deliver a full Care Certificate programme.

· Ensure all delivery is in accordance with current legislation, best practice and within UTS policy.

· Provide guidance and support to all learners.

· Deliver within an agreed timescale that meets a customer and learners needs.

· Communicate content with enthusiasm, articulation, and confidence.

· Become a part of the UTS training community which will invite you to attend company meetings, provide programme updates and give you a platform to communicate with our network of national trainers.


We would like you to:


· Be excited and driven to deliver exceptional programmes and customer service. We want you to really be motivated by motivating and influencing positive change in others.

Have prior experience of delivering training across the sector, ideally both face to face and virtually.

· Have a strong background in Health and Social care with a great emphasis and proven competencies in the sector.

. Have experience of working in, or training within, a clinical setting

· Be passionate about our sector and want to share your knowledge and experience through delivery of subjects, maintaining a high skill level in training and supporting our learners and clients to achieve exceptional results.

· Want to raise the bar and continuously champion excellent training within Health, Housing and Social Care.

· Hold a teaching qualification


We do need you to:


· Pass a DBS check

. Evidence your sector expertise and training capabilities

We offer Associates

· Competitive day rates of +£180 per day ( based on experience and ability)

· Mileage at a set rate per mile

· Fully developed materials for delivery

· CPD sessions at our head office and via teams

· A yearly AGM to include a CPD session and a social event


Contract Types


We can consider both part time and fulltime hours but training needs to be supported within core working hours including travel times.
