Key responsibilities

  • Collaborating with EMEA leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive workforce strategy aligned with business goals and growth projections.
  • Operational Optimization: Designing and managing efficient staffing models, scheduling processes, and resource allocation to meet fluctuating demands and ensure optimal productivity.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance metrics and analytics to track key indicators, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in workforce management, HR operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Sheets.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
