We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Manager with a background in branded hotels to manage the revenue strategy for our cluster of boutique hotels and an exciting new property. This role requires a commercially savvy individual who can implement data-driven pricing strategies, optimize room revenue, and collaborate with teams to achieve market-leading performance.

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and lead revenue strategies for our boutique hotel portfolio and upcoming new property.
  • Optimise hotel pricing strategies through the management of rates, rate levels, LOS restrictions, and other tactics based on demand and market conditions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor pricing, adjusting rates and offers as needed.
  • Ensure seamless rate management across all booking platforms, including third-party sites, direct bookings, and corporate channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align pricing strategies with promotional efforts and group bookings.
  • Analyse market data, booking trends, and occupancy forecasts to make informed decisions that maximize revenue potential.
  • Track and report key performance metrics to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and market trend reports to senior management.
  • Lead revenue planning for the new property, ensuring a successful launch with clear pricing and sales strategies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting that supports and enhances business performance.
  • Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop an annual Sales & Marketing Plan and drive key activities to deliver it through the wider commercial team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Branded Hotel Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within branded hotels is essential.
  • Proven Success: A track record of delivering revenue growth in branded properties, with a deep understanding of brand standards, market positioning, and competitive pricing.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborative Leader: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve commercial goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), and distribution channels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Able to navigate both boutique hotel settings and larger branded environments, with a strong focus on delivering results.
