We’re excited to be partnering with a Series A DevOps platform that’s on an incredible growth journey. They’ve raised over $30M in funding and have more than doubled in size over the past year.


They are a UK founded SaaS business that has expanded across both the UK and the US, and they’re gearing up to double their headcount again by 2025, bringing their team to around 100 people.


A big part of this growth is focused on building out the customer function, with plans to bring on 15 new hires across Customer Success, Support, and Implementation in the next 12 months.


We are now on the lookout for a Customer Success Manager who is technically savvy, who can support enterprise customers, and communicate comfortably with technical stakeholders


The Opportunity


We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be pivotal in cultivating and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with a diverse range of customers, ensuring they gain the maximum benefit from using our platform


Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, you’ll work hand-in-hand with clients to help them meet their goals, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll have the chance to engage throughout the entire customer lifecycle—starting from onboarding, facilitating product adoption, and establishing best practices. As a product expert, you’ll be a key resource for our customers.


The Team


Our team’s mission is to ensure our customers are both successful and satisfied. We collaborate daily with clients and the developer community, helping them create secure and efficient software across the supply chain. Our role is to onboard and empower customers, enabling their teams to maximise the potential of the platform, all while maintaining strong, healthy business relationships.


Experience:


  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, a related field, or a background in software development
  • Must have familiarity with technical software products or developer tools
  • A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Proven ability to manage and sustain commercial relationships
  • A willingness to learn and a humble approach to areas you’re unfamiliar with
  • Experience thriving in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment
  • Strong communication skills (in English), with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
  • A true passion for your work, because we value and appreciate that dedication


Bonus Skills


  • Experience with commercial negotiations and contract renewals
  • Knowledge of artifact and package management or software supply chains
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, source control, and continuous integration
  • Proficiency in any programming language (e.g., Python, SQL, Ruby)
  • A proactive mindset: automate processes, be efficient, and make things happen.
