As the Production Director for our agency client, you’ll oversee everything from build management and installations in retail to live events and activations, driving innovation and excellence at every turn.

We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and a knack for turning creative ideas into reality. With your expertise in production, events, and fabrication, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences.



What You’ll Do

  • Run the Show: Juggle multiple projects at once, delivering consistently outstanding results that our clients love.
  • Be the Go-To Leader: Mentor and train junior team members while sharing your knowledge with the team to elevate our production game.
  • Collaborate with Clients: Be the production expert in meetings, leading conversations on all the nitty-gritty details while supporting pitches with spot-on costings and ideas.
  • Own the Budgets: Manage costs like a pro, balancing creative ambition with smart procurement and supplier relationships to get the most bang for every buck.
  • Lead the Charge on Site: Keep projects on track, manage schedules, and ensure everything runs safely and smoothly from start to finish.
  • Innovate Fearlessly: Bring fresh ideas, materials, and tech into the mix to keep our work cutting-edge and exciting.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and freelancers to create a seamless production process that makes everyone feel like part of the team.

About You

  • Experienced: You’ve got strong experience of event production under your belt, with big-budget (£1m+) projects to your name.
  • A Natural Leader: From managing international productions to juggling multi-currency budgets, you’ve done it all—and you’ve done it well.
  • Technically Savvy: You know your way around production disciplines like lighting, audio, video, and set builds. Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like Sketchup or CAD
  • Cool Under Pressure: Tight deadlines? Last-minute changes? No problem. You’re calm, collected, and always solutions-focused.
  • Collaborative & Fun: You’re a team player who’s kind, supportive, and a joy to work with (bonus points if you’re a dog lover).
