Job description

  • Primarily responsible for property leasing consultations and rental procedures in cities across the United Kingdom, addressing customer rental needs.
  • Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings.
  • Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-incoordination.
  • Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues
  • Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager
  • Obtain competitive quotations
  • Any other tasks as per business needs


Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without future visa sponsorship.
  • Diligent work ethic, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High receptivity to new information and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
  • Effective communication skills, a willingness to proactively learn, and the ability to master communication techniques to enhance personal capabilities.
