The Role

At SO Home, digital marketing is at the core of our growth. As a proptech startup, we’re focused on building innovative solutions that will change the landscape of home ownership. We know that a solid digital strategy will drive our business forward. That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Lead to join us.


You’ll be the architect of our digital strategy, owning everything from content production to analytics, while having the opportunity to scale a team and manage key agency relationships. As a startup we all wear lot of hats, so be prepared to step outside of your day to day, we are very much cross team and in the early days covering all bases. Here’s a bit more insight into what you’ll get up to:

  • Define and implement digital marketing strategy across all channels.
  • Adapt for multiple audiences B2B and B2C, old & young.
  • Work independently at first, building and executing the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with content producers and quickly lead a growing team.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to scale paid media and SEO efforts.
  • Track analytics and provide actionable insights to optimise marketing performance.


What we’re looking for

This role is perfect for someone with an entrepreneurial streak, expansive knowledge of available tools (we like AI when applied well). You are an expert in digital marketing with the drive and ideas to get results. You love the hustle, quickly pick yourself up after a knock and are always learning, to keep ahead of the curve. You will be indispensable to the business with the ability to work independently, and a knack for leadership. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content).
  • Comfortable managing agency relationships and build a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ideas, ideas and more ideas.You might not have every skill yet, but you’re eager to learn.
