A retail brand based in Chester are looking to expand in their Ecommerce team with an Ecommerce Trading and Marketing Executive. In this role you will be managing the end to end onsite customer journey, website and mobile app development roadmap, the improvement of conversion rate and KPI improvements.


The Brand

They are small, friendly and collaborative company who have created a brand based on a huge gap in the market within retail and are now looking for an Ecommerce Trading & Marketing Executive to help manage their Direct to Consumer website as well as their brand’s marketplaces.


The Role

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Lead the creation and development of engaging and compelling content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Drive strategies to enhance the company's online presence and increase e-commerce sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.


About You

  • E-commerce experience in a Direct to Consumer business and ideally experience using Shopify
  • Working with web development teams / agencies
  • Strong commercial growth mindset
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing – ideally SEO, Paid and Social
