Every design decision you make will contribute to:Ultra-lightweight, high-performance structural componentsHigh-speed zero-emission vessel systemsAdvanced marine, automotive, aerospace and motorsport-level engineeringA mission to decarbonise global maritime transportIf you love structural mechanics, FEA, first-principles thinking and working at the forefront of innovation - this is your environment.What you’ll be doingDeliver structural engineering for advanced marine systems and componentsPerform FEA, hand calculations and design validationDevelop lightweight, production-ready 3D designs using CATIA V6 / 3DXSupport manufacturing with cost-effective and high-quality build methodsCollaborate with Mechanical Systems, Naval Architecture, and Structural teamsProduce technical documentation for design reviews, testing and certificationEnsure compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulationsWhat we’re looking forEssentialDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Aerospace, Automotive etc.)3+ years’ experience in marine, motorsport, aerospace, or high-performance engineeringStrong knowledge of structural mechanics & first-principles problem solvingFEA experience with ability to interpret results effectivelyProficiency in CAD (CATIA V6/3DX preferred)Experience designing for manufacture and material selectionDesirableExposure to maritime structuresExperience across composites, metals, or mixed-material constructionStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsThe cultureYou’ll be joining a fast-growing business driven by purpose, innovation, and engineering excellence.
