We’re on the lookout for a full-time Sales Associate. This role is an amazing opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup changing the way people work. You will be joining a small company (10 people) with big ambitions and as a result, will have opportunities to shape the direction of the business and if successful advance quickly within the business.


Your point of contact are CEOs, CFOs, Heads of People, and Operations Directors. This role requires a high level of energy, and a can-do attitude, paired with an analytical and empathetic mindset.

About the role:


You will be an integral part of the sales team, with a lot of responsibility. We are looking for someone who is driven, has great energy, and gets deals done. You will be required to be in the office in London three times a week. You will be required to attend office viewings in London and other areas so you need to be comfortable commuting to different areas of London, up to five days per week if required. You will be reporting to one of our Workspace Consultants and will be overseen by our CEO (Jules).


The day-to-day:


  • Book outbound meetings via cold calling, Email, Linkedin, and attend events regularly.
  • Attending office viewings. It will be your job to show them the office spaces and make sure you are on hand to get all of their questions answered.
  • Preparing packs of office space options for clients based on their requirements, your knowledge of the market, and making use of our office space platform.
  • Able to listen to what our customers are looking for and give them the best advice and recommendations.
  • Speaking to venues to enquire about offices and schedule tours - not afraid to chase up and/or reschedule to ensure the best service delivered to clients.
  • Constantly coming up with ideas to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Nurture prospects and engage with them (via follow-up, content, etc.) to develop them into fully qualified leads.
  • Supporting team members and collaborating to find the best solution.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on performance and activity. We want someone who has impeccable deal admin and organisational skills. Need to be competent at maintaining accurate and detailed notes of interactions with leads in our CRM (Hubspot).
  • Unlike in other junior sales roles you will be involved in all stages of the deal cycle - from prospecting to close.

  • You have the ability to juggle multiple deals at once.
  • Exceptional people skills; strong listening abilities, genuine curiosity, and ability to build relationships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - we need you to help us build processes from scratch. Sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
