We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of Products . As a key member of the team, you will drive the product vision, ensuring it aligns with user needs, business goals, and government digital service standards. You will work in an Agile environment, managing the product lifecycle from discovery through to live deployment, while balancing strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial costs.

*PS: The Company can't provide any sponsorship, so only candidates with the existing right to work in the UK will be considered for this role.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within digital services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and lifecycle management.
  • Experience in managing products that involve design, technology, and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
  • Lead the Agile delivery team, managing priorities and scope.
  • Apply Government Digital Service (GDS) standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Work across the product lifecycle, from discovery to live states.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and users to ensure the product meets needs and delivers value.
