Who are Coalesce Management Consulting?


CMC’s entire business is designed around providing amazing, bespoke solutions that enable their clients in sustainable industries to maximise the potential within their own organisations. Your role as an Associate Consultant will be to develop strong relationships with prospective clients who need support in delivering major projects within the Advanced Engineering & Energy sectors. You will also be interfacing directly with CMC experts who support clients on a day-to-day basis, as well as working towards your own sales targets.


CMC are a rapidly-expanding firm with offices in multiple countries across Europe, Asia Pacific and USA. They are part of the Amoria Group (a very well-established, global staffing and professional services company).


The markets we specialise in are extremely lucrative, high value sectors - meaning a higher earning potential for you


What will I be doing?

  • Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on in the US
  • Providing experts and project solutions to your clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships
  • Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA regularly

What do I need?

  • Bachelors Degree and/or Sales experience
  • Confident, outgoing personality
