The Role:

We are seeking a Senior ETL Developer with specialized experience in Snowflake and a strong background in the banking sector. This role demands a professional adept at navigating the complex data landscapes of finance, transforming vast amounts of data into actionable insights, and optimizing risk assessments for proactive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable ETL processes and data pipelines, leveraging Snowflake as the core technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand banking data requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals for effective data utilization and management.
  • Implement AI-driven risk management solutions tailored to the financial sector, optimizing risk assessments and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards specific to the banking industry.
  • Participate in large-scale data migration projects, employing AI algorithms for seamless data transitions with minimal disruption.
  • Lead the AWS infrastructure implementation for banking clients, enhancing scalability, security, and reliability of data solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in ETL development, with a strong emphasis on Snowflake technology.
  • Proven track record in the banking sector, with a deep understanding of financial data management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in data pipeline design, cloud computing (preferably AWS), and AI-driven data management solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for scripting and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and optimize data processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with data quality control measures and AI-driven anomaly detection algorithms.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior stakeholders.
