Job Title: EPR Trainers

Location: Hybrid (Onsite & Remote) North West based

Day Rate: £240 - £250/day (Outside IR35)

Start Date: Beginning of December(2nd) start until the end of March 2025


Job Description:

We are seeking experienced EPR Trainers to join an EPR implementation project at a leading Acute Trust. This is an immediate requirement, and candidates must have extensive experience delivering EPR training in an Acute Trust environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver EPR training to staff across various departments of the Acute Trust
  • Develop and adapt training materials as required
  • Provide both group and one-on-one training sessions
  • Support the go-live process and post-live training needs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure training aligns with project goals
  • Troubleshoot any EPR-related training issues and provide practical solutions


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering EPR training in an Acute Trust environment
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and processes
  • Ability to develop and adapt training materials to meet different learning needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability


Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role: Onsite presence required, with some remote work possible
