About the Role


As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will:

  • Manage and advise on Commercial Property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages of both registered and unregistered properties.
  • Provide legal support for Corporate & Commercial colleagues on business sales and acquisitions involving commercial premises.
  • Draft, review, and issue legal documentation with precision and professionalism.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with expertise in Commercial Property law.
  • Proven knowledge of the commercial property process and relevant practices.
  • Strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
