Our client, a fast growing and cutting edge FinTech company are expanding. With that, we are looking for a highly organised, hands-on and experienced Technical Integration Manager with a strong understanding of the payments industry to join their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical support.
  • Create and oversee a detailed deployment plan tailored to the client, accounting for regional differences and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (client engagement, operations, and tech) to ensure a seamless integration experience for customers.
  • Act as a liaison among stakeholders, including the client, internal teams, and regional representatives, to ensure clear communication.
  • Monitor and track deployment progress, keeping stakeholders updated and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation and resources for customers.
  • Perform data-driven post-deployment assessments to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Travel as needed to build relationships and support on-site integration efforts.


Must have:


  • 3+ years in Technical Integration role
  • Strong understanding of integration best practices and methodologies
  • Deep experience in SQL for data analysis
  • Ability to communicate clearly both technically and non-technically to varied audiences
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
