Title - Oracle Business Analyst

Location - Remote


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the end-to-end S2P process, including vendor management, procurement, sourcing, and contract management.

- Utilize Oracle ERP Cloud to enhance and streamline P2P processes, with a focus on a global, SaaS, and technology-driven environment.

- Collaborate with process owners to define, benchmark, and automate the delivery of operational KPI dashboards.

- Architect, design, document, configure, deliver, and automate P2P processes in various integrated finance applications, such as simple legal and lease calculations.

- Demonstrate proficiency in process and solution engineering, managing, and delivering cross-functional multiple projects and integrations.

- Facilitate cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, challenging existing norms and identifying potential conflicts.

- Work effectively with a distributed team across multiple time zones, ensuring clear and authoritative communication.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8+ years of accounting experience, with a deep understanding of P2P processes.

- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud in a global, SaaS, or technology company is preferred.

- Certification in relevant fields (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP) is a plus.


Desired Skills:


- Expertise in techno-functional details of S2P and Oracle ERP.

- Advanced presentation skills and the ability to communicate authoritatively at all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects and integrations.

- Experience in process automation and KPI dashboard creation.

- Ability to architect and design complex business solutions.


Tools and Technologies:


- Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud and other related S2P tools.

- Familiarity with financial applications for lease calculations and legal contract management.

- Experience with process automation and dashboarding tools.
