The Firm
A premier global law firm, consistently recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers for its high-quality work across the UK and US, is looking to hire a 1-3PQE transactional associate to join their Derivatives & Structure Finance team. Renowned for its leadership in the market, the team is ranked as a top-tier practice for its outstanding performance in complex and innovative transactions.
The Role
You will be required to work on a range of structured funding, liquidity, capital and arbitrage-driven transactions, involving capital markets and derivatives technology. You will be required to advise on generally large-scale derivatives and/or structured financing transactions, acting for deal participants by advising on, structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of the transactions. You will also be involved in broad derivatives, such as equity financing and also structured finance work, such as repacks.
The Candidate
- General experience in structured derivatives and/or capital markets transactions/ISDA documentation
- Open to applicants from General Finance, General Capital Markets, and Structured/Project Finance or Real Estate finance.
- 1-3PQE having worked in a well-recognised firm in the space
- Eager and happy to learn and be part of a growing / leading firm
