We are a growing business with offices in the UK, USA, and UAE. Over the past 12 months, we have made several investments in areas such as Pharma, Recruitment, Telehealth, AI, Finance, and Digital. We are also in the process of raising additional capital to significantly increase our M&A activity.


Role Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced Non-Executive Director with extensive experience in the tech space, including deploying technology to companies and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in the technology sector and will provide independent oversight and contribute to the strategic direction of HHIG. Your expertise will be critical in helping us achieve our growth objectives through strategic tech deployment and market expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide independent judgment and advice on the company's strategic plans, particularly in relation to tech deployment and market expansion.
  • Leverage your experience to identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities.
  • Support the executive team in integrating and deploying technology within acquired businesses.
  • Offer insights on market trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
  • Ensure that HHIG adheres to high standards of corporate governance.
  • Act as a sounding board and mentor for the executive team.
  • Attend and contribute to monthly board meetings, offering your expertise to guide strategic decisions.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Extensive experience in the technology sector, with a focus on deploying tech solutions to companies and driving sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to assess and integrate acquired businesses to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and a commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance.
  • Ability to dedicate 1 day per month to board meetings and related responsibilities.
