There's overspill in the creative team, which is where you would come in as a Junior Designer. Slotting into a their creative department which has 5 heads currently, you'd have massive exposure to an array of client briefs which touch on motion, digital, concepts, events, print and more.


You'd be working under the supervision of a fantastic Creative Director who will give you all the tools, guidance and confidence to succeed. Every voice is heard within this agency; during creative brainstorm sessions your idea is as worthy as anyone's.


You'll have the chance to take an idea from concept to delivery, working with other designers, artworkers, digital folk and copywriters to bring your idea to life.


To be a perfect fit for this role you'll be as comfortable coming up with a concept as you will be executing the design and bringing your idea to life. You'll need to be well-rounded, designing a brand identity from scratch, turning an idea into a piece of motion graphics, or transforming your print design into a website/app.


Their office is based in a beautiful location not far from Hertford - a driving licence or willingness to relocate is essential.
