Dayla is a Family run, modern, forward-thinking company whose continued growth and success is centred around a strong and innovative IT core. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and evaluating IT projects across our organization. There will also be a requirement to provide 1st line support in IT issues alongside the external third party IT & Software providers the business deals with. In order to do this successfully, this person should feel comfortable handling multiple tasks at a time. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of testing, research, and implementation of new tools and techniques
  • ERP system specialist, reporting & integrating with other systems
  • Liaison with 3rd party IT Software & Hardware providers
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges


Qualifications

  • Proven IT and systems project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Appreciation and experience of ERP IT solutions
