We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented bilingual Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will assist the Legal Department in preparing and reviewing legal documents, attending internal meetings, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external law firms' work.


What Will You Do?

  • Assist the Legal Department in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including drafting and modifying simple legal documents
  • Participate in internal meetings and conferences to discuss legal matters and provide guidance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage external law firms' work, including reviewing and commenting on documents, conducting research, and providing legal support
  • Perform other duties as required by the Legal Department


What Are We Looking For?

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with the laws of both China and the UK, particularly in company law, tax law, IP law, and employment law
  • Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Paralegal or legal assistant
