Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Immigration Caseworker with impeccable written and spoken English to join our team. This role is critical to supporting our immigration services, ensuring that client matters are handled efficiently and accurately.


Responsibilities:

• Drafting Client Care Letters (CCLs), legal representations, and other case-related documents.

• Managing client communications, providing regular updates and ensuring timely responses.

• Organising and maintaining client files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and correctly filed.

• Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and supporting documents.

• Coordinating the submission of immigration applications and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Assisting in the general administration of immigration cases.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

• UK Law Degree (mandatory).

• At least 2 years of experience in PRIVATE immigration caseworking (mandatory), i.e., experience with Student visa, EUSS applications, Marriage / Unmarried partner visa, Fiancee visa, Skilled Worker, Expansion Worker visa, Graduate visa, Charity Worker visa, Global talent & Naturalisation. 

• Fluent written and spoken English (native or near-native level).

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in case management systems and office software (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Pipedrive).


Desirable:

• Proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (bonus).

• Experience in managing UK immigration cases.
