London Area, United Kingdom Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation Full time

We're hiring for a Principal Consultant who will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of consulting services to our customers, primarily focused on transformation projects and programmes.


The Principal Consultant leads a technical project team, providing direction, delegation of key activities and deliverables, ensures adherence to adopted delivery methodologies, and owns mitigation of technical risks and issues.


Works with the delivery team and customer stakeholders to define and gain consensus on migration/transformation strategies, roadmaps and solutions. Through implementation design and execution, the PC acts as the technical design authority.


The Principal Consultant manages customer stakeholders through the lifecycle of a project, demonstrating our value and building trust in Bell Integration’s delivery capability.


You'll be able to interpret business requirements/goals and translate into technical solutions and outcomes.


Experience/Skills

  • Extensive experience in a Consulting environment, designing and delivering customer solutions.
  • Proven skills to lead & deliver Customer projects.
  • Experience of leading infrastructure and application migration/transformation initiatives.
  • Broad knowledge of datacentre infrastructure and cloud technical domains.
  • Ability to effectively manage workshops with customers and delivery teams, taking ownership of workshop facilitation and goals.
  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and gain consensus. Experienced in engaging with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to deliver effective and persuasive presentations and opinions.


Desirable skills:

  • Extensive, multi-disciplined, cloud & datacentre experience.
  • Responsible for technical project governance and leading large project teams, with high-level technical knowledge across many technologies.
  • Architecture and design skills, advanced multi-skilled implementation, skills, advanced consulting capabilities.
  • Significant exposure to, experience of operating within, Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.


Certifications:

  • Relevant vendor certifications (VMware, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, Red Hat, Oracle)
  • TOGAF
  • Agile
