Head of Finance – Unlock Your Path to Finance Director


Acuity Associates is proud to lead the search for an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Finance for a distinguished, family-owned business based in West Sussex. Specialising in premium hardware solutions for the global residential sector, this company has earned a sterling reputation for quality and innovation. Experiencing consistent growth at 20% year-on-year, the company seeks a strategic finance leader to join their leadership team. Beyond the core business, you will also oversee financial operations for a sister company focused on cutting-edge door systems and mechanisms.


Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy. With a focus on both historical financial performance and future growth opportunities, this role is ideal for a qualified accountant with at least three years of post-qualification experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a Finance Director role within 12 to 24 months, as the company supports leadership development and career growth.

Qualifications:

ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in fast-growing SMEs or larger corporations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.


Growth Opportunity:

Potential to advance to Finance Director within 12 to 24 months based on performance.


Work Environment:

Full-time role, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
