THE ROLE


We are looking for a full-time Senior/ Lead PHP developer with strong background with PHP/MySQL and React JS.

The candidate will develop new application features and maintain existing ones, someone who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. This position requires experience in making decisions and working both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team where everything the candidate does makes a difference.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Architect, design, and develop innovative solutions for our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including product management and design, to ensure seamless alignment and delivery of an optimal solution.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by evolving architecture and tech stack, code reviews, and PR merges.
  • Act as a guiding light, addressing problems/blockers/issues for our sizable technical teams.


Person Specifications:


  • Senior PHP experience - We value your expertise in this foundational language.
  • Mastery in at least one major PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, Phalcon etc.).
  • Proven prowess with ReactJS (be it vanilla React or with Next.js).
  • In-depth understanding of MySQL and Redis.
  • Familiarity with Kafka
  • Acquaintance with TypeScript
  • Node.js proficiency, especially with web sockets.
