The team specializes in the delivery of projects, ensuring excellence from conception to completion.
Job Summary
I am seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join a dynamic team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, team management, and financial oversight, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural processes and the ability to manage projects within specified timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial design through to final delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the project portfolio.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
- Handle financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, cost management, and margin analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including the Building Safety Act and high/low-rise building requirements.
