Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to advance the development of this GTM Voice Biometric technology specialist here in the UK. The successful candidate will develop customer requirements to add to the capability of the product and will work collaboratively with the rest of the development team to build and test product functionality.

The role will involve providing support to customers, partners and prospects, so an ability to present confidently, provide leadership in stakeholder meetings and communicate clearly in person and in conference calls and in documents is a prerequisite.


Day-to-day Activities

This is a varied and stimulating role for someone building a strong track record of customer delivery. You will:

  • Become a subject matter expert for the company’s software products, building in depth knowledge of the market for biometrics, identity and fraud
  • Apply Strategic Impact with clients from a range of industries, gathering requirements, producing recommendations and tracking project progress
  • Lead the implementation process from kick off to completion, learning how our products improve customer experience and fight fraud
  • Provide input into the product roadmap and develop, test, and deploy customisations when they are needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend solutions to technical issues, with code level interventions as needed.
  • Provide training for client staff on the usage of new systems and software
  • Provide a direct, hands-on contribution to the ongoing development of our clients products as a virtual senior member of the technical team


Experience


  • You will have HIGH IMPACT in Customer Interaction
  • Dynamic Customer Presentation experience and Sales Support
  • The ideal candidate for this position will come from an associated field of Technology - Contact Call Centre, Voice Biometric / Intelligence or Fraud / Identity led Software.


Experience with the following technologies an advantage:

  • Contact centre platforms
  • Cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Technical support into large organisations
  • Java, HTML
  • Jira or similar process management software
  • Speech biometrics or speech recognition
  • Degree in computer science or similar
