If you thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the role for youEssential Skillset:Proven experience as a Business Architect, Business Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Business Architect within banking or financial services is essential.Experience designing Target Operating Models or strategic business blueprints at programme or enterprise level (not just project level).Deep understanding of the Compliance and Risk landscape, including:Policy and control frameworksRisk assessment and monitoringInvestigations, sanctions, and anti-financial crimeThe Three Lines of Defence modelStrong knowledge of business architecture frameworks (e.g. BIZBOK, TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild).Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to design integrated solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to work confidently with senior executives.Self-starter mindset — able to structure, plan, and deliver independently without close supervision.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Define and align the business architecture across people, process, data, and technology.Work collaboratively with Compliance, IT, Data, HR, and Change teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, control, and compliance maturity.Develop business architecture artefacts including:Capability modelsValue streamsBusiness service cataloguesProcess and governance frameworksPartner with the programme leadership to create the Transformation and Change Target Operating Model document, a key deliverable for the next stage of programme execution.Act as a trusted advisor during implementation, ensuring designs are translated into practical, scalable solutions.Support stakeholder engagement across senior compliance, risk, and technology leaders, ensuring buy-in for the proposed operating model.Designing the Target State Business Architecture for EMEA, including capability maps, operating models, and value streams.Collaborating with Technology, Data Architects, Compliance, and Risk SMEs to develop a holistic design that aligns with business strategy.Recommending a comprehensive roadmap to implement the Target State, balancing business outcomes, costs, and risks.Supporting project teams to ensure alignment with the Target State Business Architecture.Leading best practises in business design and process engineering to enhance operational efficiency.Your Key Attributes:A strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset who can independently structure and deliver complex projects.Strong domain expertise in compliance transformation, with hands-on experience in aligning operating models across large-scale projects.A collaborative spirit, eager to partner with various teams to ensure seamless integration of business goals and technical solutions.What’s in It for You?A chance to play a pivotal role in a high-impact transformation project.Competitive compensation package that reflects your expertise and experience.The opportunity to work in a vibrant, flexible environment, fostering both personal and professional growth.Join Us If you’re ready to lead transformative change and contribute to a strategic vision within our client’s EMEA business, we want to hear from you Apply today to embark on this exciting journey with us.Elevate your career, make a difference, and be part of something great.
