Our full-time Senior Producer will have a deep knowledge of all Brother projects, overseeing all stages of production and managing tasks with Brother producers to ensure an efficient, best-in-class workflow.


Joining our small core team, they will be working with a large network of talented freelancers to produce creative work with good people.

THE ROLE:


  • Oversight, and an in-depth understanding, of all Brother projects.


  • The ability to effectively manage and task a producer/producers, delegating jobs and tasks where necessary and keeping a watchful eye of every project’s progress.


  • Confident in being the lead contact with key Brother clients over email and calls, at in-person meetings and on shoots.


  • Able to effectively lead key conversations and meetings with agencies and clients to understand briefs and bring a team together - for example introductory briefings and PPMs. 


  • A clear understanding of Brother’s production workflow from end to end, and therefore the ability to quickly and effectively dive into a project at any stage.


  • Decisive, organised and confident on set, acting as a clear leader in any shoot environment.


  • Nurturing Brother’s producer/producers to create a best-in-class team.


  • Taking an active interest in Brother’s business development, maintaining strong contacts within the industry to bring new opportunities.


  • An active participant in moulding and promoting Brother’s culture, both in and away from the office.


  • Confident with using and optimising the full range of production template documents, including budgets, call sheets, shoot schedules, risk assessments, casting agreements, post schedules and invoices.


  • Obsessed with the detail, both during pre/post production in the office as well as on set.


  • A fun, positive, vibey asset to the Brother team.

  • 5+ years previous production experience necessary. 


  • Salary between £60-70k.
