We have also made greta strides with our International recruitment division and now operate across mainland Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Finland, Poland, Holland) as well as Dubai / UAE.

  • Permanent Recruitment Consultant
  • Senior Freelance Recruitment Consultant
  • Divisional Manager / Lead (we are looking to open up in a few new sectors)

In this role, you will be given a high degree of autonomy and be responsible for managing existing relationships effectively whilst also doing your own BD to create brand new, long term sustainable working relationships with new clients.


You'll also be joining a businesses with exceptional relationships with our clients. We have a large number of UK wide PSL agreements in place with Tier 1 building, civil engineering, residential and specialist sub-contractors as well as great relationships with a vast number of high performing SME construction businesses.

What we are looking for

  • A strong understanding of the white collar temporary Scottish construction market.
  • Proven abilities / track record in developing, growing and managing a pipeline of work.
  • You’re a driven, highly energetic ‘self-starter’ that is equally comfortable working in a team environment or working autonomously.
  • You have a roll the sleeves up attitude and great people skills. We want effective communicators that can develop great relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Have a driver’s license (you’ll need to get around from time to time)
