About us
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join the legal team of our fast-paced green tech business.
We’ve provided a wide range of renewable energy solutions to consumers and businesses for over a decade including solar panels, electric vehicle technology and other home energy saving products.

The role:
You’ll work closely with the General Counsel and key stakeholders to understand our business goals and deliver pragmatic legal advice to help us meet them.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and drafting a broad range of contracts such as NDAs, lead generation contracts and supply agreements
- Managing the legal inbox and providing prompt and sensible advice on a wide variety of legal issues including dispute resolution and property queries
- Making sure our customer Ts and Cs are kept up to date
- Supporting other teams round the business e.g. HR/finance/commercial
- Gaining an understanding of our regulatory obligations towards the FCA/HIES/EPVS so you can support the business with queries
- Horizon scanning on changes to the law, training the business where required
Essential skills:
- Qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales with at least 4 years post qualification experience
- In-depth experience of reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in renewable energy
- FCA knowledge and experience
