Location: Hybrid (Manchester - 2x per week in the office)

They are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to develop and maintain their Management Information System. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving, engaging in project work, enhancing systems, and optimizing solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about improving system efficiency and effectiveness while contributing to the organization's overall success.
Essential skills:
- Experience managing Management Information Systems (HR, Student Systems, etc)
- Good understanding of project management principals.
- Ability to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
Desirable skills:
- Experience working in Higher or Further Education environment.
- Experience working with Unit-E
- Experience working in smaller originations.
- Experience working on a large MIS implementation projects.
The role:
Proactively ensure the College's Student Information System (UNIT-e) supports vital administrative tasks and legislative reporting throughout the student journey. Assist the Head of BSDU in maintaining compliance and facilitating critical operations. Coordinate new module implementations, optimize system usage for automated processes, and deliver creative solutions for change requests.
