Manchester (3 Days A Week in Office)
Role Overview
Oscar Enterprise have partnered up with a leading commerce platform which enables companies to enhance their online shopping experience. Through this, customers will be in a position where their spending is justified They are currently looking for hungry sales individuals who are not afraid to fight for new business.
You will be directly reporting to the VP of Sales and be expected to manage your own workload and hit set KPI’s. This company is rapidly growing therefore cold outreach is ESSENTIAL. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Continuously improve key sales metrics, such as response rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.
- Having in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs and communicating those needs to the rest of the team- you will be responsible for helping us stay customer-first.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects
- Report learnings to wider growth team, collaborating to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Nurture leads from our multi-channel marketing strategy into qualified business opportunities. Channels include social media (primarily LinkedIn), events, newsletters and thought leadership
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
