Account Director (New Business Focus)


We are seeking an ambitious Account Director with a proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to enterprise and blue-chip clients. If you have experience working with corporate clients ranging from 2,000 to over 200,000 employees, this could be the perfect opportunity for you


Role Overview:

The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by building and managing a strong pipeline, aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy, and securing high-value managed service contracts.


Key Responsibilities:


- Generate leads and secure new business meetings with potential clients

- Leverage opportunities from meetings set up by the internal SDR team

- Conduct sales meetings using a consultative sales approach throughout the client engagement cycle

- Manage all sales opportunities from initial contact to deal closure

- Ensure alignment with the company's sales methodology and provide accurate reporting in the CRM system (HubSpot)

- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to manage RFP/RFI/RFQ responses

- Support the SDR and Sales teams with messaging and strategy to target new business opportunities, driving performance through effective leadership and innovation

- Regularly review sales performance, KPIs, and contribute to team strategy and improvement efforts


Ideal Candidate Profile:


- Proven experience selling long-term managed services, software, and SaaS to enterprise-level/blue-chip companies

- Skilled in consultative, value-driven sales methodologies

- Passionate about helping clients create tailored solutions that meet their needs

- Highly motivated and ambitious with a strong desire to exceed sales targets

- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with both junior and senior-level stakeholders

- Excellent negotiation skills, adept at managing complex deals with a customer-centric approach

- Proficient in sales processes, with a strong understanding of the importance of accurate forecasting and CRM utilization
