Job Title: Marketing Executive  

Reports to: Head of Marketing  

Office Hours: Monday – Friday (Hybrid working)

Salary: Competitive / Up to £35,000 depending on experience


Welcome to The View from The Shard, the premium visitor attraction located at the top of Western Europe’s tallest building in London. Designed by Master Architect Renzo Piano, The Shard offers unrivalled 360 degree views over the city for up to 40 miles on a clear day. Surrounded by the city’s most notable attractions, the high-life awaits you at The View from The Shard.


Role Description


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our team at The View From The Shard as we look to amplify our reach and brand awareness in line with our ambitious strategy. We are looking for a proactive candidate who is keen to apply fresh ideas and is passionate about executing dynamic marketing campaigns with proven results. 


Your key responsibilities


· Own the social media calendar and lead our presence across our social channels

· Develop tailored content to generate captivating campaigns that aim to shape and grow our platforms across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

· Produce high-quality assets and optimised copy to publish on social media, paid ads, website, email, newsletters and brochures

· Manage Influencer and brand Partnerships

· Collaborate with photographers and designers to organise shoots and ensure brand consistency

· Monitor digital marketing performance to measure campaign effectiveness

· Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the customer journey

· Develop cross-functional relationships with wider Sales, Retail, F&B departments etc to fulfil ad-hoc requirements for signage, posters, menus and business cards

· Support The Head of Marketing in managing Agency Partner deliverables and monthly reports


Key skills and experience


·  Proven experience in Marketing, preferably within the retail, travel, hospitality or property sectors

·  Creative with excellent content creation skills (writing, editing, visuals and video)

·  Proficiency using reporting and data-driven marketing tools, including Sprout, Hootsuite and Google Analytics

·  Organised, detail orientated, and comfortable managing your own workload to meet deadlines

·  Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management
