Location: Cheshire East, Cheshire

Flexible Hybrid Working: 2 days in office / 3 days working from home

Salary: up to £70,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits

You will be a part of organisation who are committed to innovation and sustainability where you can truly make a difference.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience within commercial law, dealing with commercial contracts with a least 3 years+ PQE.
  • Confident with the reviewing and amendments and creation of legal agreements eg: NDA / procurement arrangements and consultancy agreements.
  • The role will involve reviewing documentation and drafting contracts for clients, utilising the contract terms against in-house playbook for guidance.
  • Development of playbook - will be able to make a difference within the business and a positive change.
  • Experience with supplier contracts and outsourcing arrangements.
  • Skilled in analysing and reviewing contracts.
  • Ability to recognise risks and mitigate the impact of risks on the business.
  • Understanding commercial VAT and LGPS pensions - is desirable not a must.
