Why This Role?

As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of a rapidly growing mobile network, delivering intuitive and elegant user journeys to millions of users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful designs: Work closely with product and development teams to design user interfaces and experiences that resonate with users.
  • Innovate with purpose: Use Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring every user touchpoint is engaging and accessible.
  • Champion the user: Conduct user research and usability testing to drive continuous improvement, making data-driven, user-centered design decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with diverse teams to maintain design consistency and ensure alignment with the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to ensure designs are cutting-edge.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven design experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work and its positive impact on user experience.
  • Figma expertise: Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • User-focused mindset: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with hands-on experience in usability testing and research.
  • Communication skills: Ability to explain your design choices and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet business and user needs.
  • Time management: Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality.
