As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, deliver actionable insights, and craft innovative solutions for some of the most exciting brands in the industry.


What you will do

  • Evaluate supply chain networks, logistics costs, and operational workflows to uncover inefficiencies and recommend streamlined solutions.
  • Help clients develop their tech stack by mapping out current tools, spreadsheets, processes, workflows, and integrations. Identify inefficiencies and gaps to recommend improvements that align with their business needs and support future scalability.
  • Create financial models, dashboards, and visualisations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Develop compelling client decks that combine structured analysis, tailored visuals, and messaging that aligns with the client’s vision.
  • Lead client workshops to uncover supply chain and operational improvement opportunities, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to model the impact of freight costs, volume fluctuations, and regulatory changes on clients' supply chain networks.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, presenting insights and recommendations that drive transformational supply chain solutions.


What we are looking for

We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven problem solver who thrives on delivering impactful solutions and building strong client relationships. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in business requirements gathering and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ modelling, process mapping (BPMN/UML), and workflow optimisation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational roles.
  • A deep understanding of the role that tech plays in e-commerce fulfilment.
  • The ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced Excel data modelling and analysis skills, with experience using Power BI or Tableau for visualisation.
  • Strong expertise in client deck creation - crafting tailored, visually engaging presentations that convey complex ideas.
  • A deep understanding of supply chain principles, operational workflows, and logistics cost structures.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops to uncover opportunities and align on operational improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and deliver impactful recommendations to clients.
