Role Description:

Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Associate - Permanent - Full Time

Work Model: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

Location: Birmingham, UK

 

Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Attending prospect meetings and onboarding new clients
  • Attending client meetings both remote and onsite as and when needed
  • Creating regulatory strategies for global markets
  • Creating, maintaining, and conducting gap assessments on technical file documentation and product information files (PIF)
  • Label reviews for food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices
  • Product registrations and notification, where relevant, across food supplements, cosmetics and medical devices
  • Reviewing and preparing UK responsible person and EC Authorised Representative documentation
  • Liaising with Notified/Approved Bodies and Competent Authorities
  • Attending exhibitions, conferences, and network events

 

Requirements

Essential

 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device or cosmetic industry (experience in both would be advantageous)
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK 
  • Willingness to learn and grow: We are looking for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow as part of a team. A willingness to continuously develop your skills and contribute to the team’s success is essential
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Commercial mind set and energised by a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
