ABOUT THE ROLE:


As a mid-weight Graphic Designer at Townhouse, you’ll transform conceptual ideas into powerful visual solutions. Reporting to the Design Lead, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft visually compelling designs that bring our brand’s identity to life across a range of digital and print media. From static designs to motion graphics, you’ll create high-quality, engaging assets that communicate our message to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop eye-catching graphics for both print and digital media, including marketing materials, social media content, website visuals, and more.
  • Produce animations for social media, web, and video presentations to enhance user engagement.
  • Partner with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audiences, and design requirements.
  • Ensure all design assets, static and animated, adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent visual identity.
  • Apply creative solutions that align with Townhouse’s brand aesthetics while pushing for fresh, innovative designs.
  • Oversee various design projects at once, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies, including advancements in motion graphics.
  • Bring forward innovative techniques in animation and graphic design to elevate project quality.
  • Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and refine visual content.


ABOUT YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including motion graphics.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other animation tools, with a strong grasp of design principles, color, typography, and layout.
  • In-house experience ideally within beauty is a bonus

Our office is based in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model based on role requirements.
