The M&A team at Camino Search place Investment, M&A, and corporate development professionals into technology focused PE firms, and their portfolio companies
We are currently partnered with a leading technology focused Private equity firm on the lookout for a dynamic investment manager to join its team. This role offers the chance to engage deeply with the firm's investment processes, spanning from initial analysis to the strategic management of investment assets.
Core Functions:
- Investment Strategy & Analysis: Spearhead research and identification of potential investment ventures.
- Engage in rigorous due diligence processes, encompassing a wide spectrum of analyses (financial, market, legal, etc.).
- Transaction Support & Execution: Aid in crafting pivotal investment documentation and establishing robust financial projections and models.
- Asset Oversight & Enhancement: Participate in the continuous assessment of investment portfolio performance, actively contributing to strategic growth initiatives and take board seats within portfolios.
Background Expectations:
- A foundation of stellar professional experience, preferably from PE, or TS.
Skill Set & Personal Qualities:
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, underpinned by strong analytical thinking.
- A keen interest in technology sectors and investments.
- An innate curiosity and drive to understand diverse business models, market dynamics, and investment landscapes.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of autonomous operation in a dynamic setting.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, adaptable and capable of fostering relationships across various levels.
- Commitment to team success, willing to assume varied roles for the collective achievement.
- Eagerness to engage in international projects with potential travel requirements.
Compensation
- The firm is committed to long term wealth creation for its employees. As a result, there is a generous carry and bonus scheme in place which can be discussed with the relevant candidtes.
- Basic salary: £80,000
