About the Role:

Responsible for overseeing the bar operations, crafting exceptional cocktails, and providing top-tier service to our guests


Responsibilities:

  • Championing the design and preparation of beverage and drink
  • Ensuring that the product offers provide positive customer experience by expanding the variety and retiring the unfavorable ones
  • Training the team on product knowledge, such as food pairing and suggesting selling skills
  • Investing time on research and development on the offers
  • Assessing quality of the drinks
  • Checking the quality of the stock from time to time and discuss with management for other options of supplies
