Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Installation & Project Engineer to join our team in Sutton, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, risers systems, flexible flowlines, and umbilicals. This role involves preparing project scopes, supporting offshore crews during operations, and ensuring effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of engineers and a package.
  • Oversee all external and internal interfaces, including clients, suppliers, and other disciplines.
  • Prepare documents and preliminary studies related to tenders, FEEDs, and projects.
  • Autonomous supervision of engineering activities related to product preparation and offshore installation.
  • Plan, prepare, and confirm procedures and associated calculations.
  • Participate in vessel mobilization and installation phases.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards in terms of quality, cost, and time.
  • Act as the technical owner and supervise subcontracted studies.
  • Validate concepts and propose improvements based on HSEQ criteria.
  • Actively contribute to team development and expertise consolidation.
  • Offer innovative solutions to reduce costs.


Requirements:

  • Master of Engineering degree.
  • Relevant work experience in the energy sector, particularly in subsea structures installation and flexible flowlines/umbilicals.
  • Experience in mooring installation and other relevant areas is desirable.
  • Direct experience with offshore operations.
  • Strong autonomy, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Fluent English language skills
